    Snatches
    24kg
    5min
    5 x 5 L/R

I was being a little cautious since my left hip was a little sore. I felt that I needed to work out a little today, not to break my consistancy. I took my time, worked more on form, since I hadn't snatched in a few months.

    24 kg x 50 = 1200 kg
