    Update
    huge dual win over UWP this weekend
    lost my match in OT on questionable scramble call.
    Wrestled very well from top: confidence is back with 1/2's and leg tilts

    goals for today
    run 3 miles extra
    push-ups and pull-ups
    work on: moving opponents head, more fake snatches look for easy takedowns
    ride loose when cutting but extreme pressure when looking for the turn

    Las Vegas is up next.

    1st period pin and fft.

    light sprint/cals workout afterward

    * need more pressure in to force snap then shot or fake-snap shot..fake-shot etc.
    side to side head pulling

    work on gaining wrist control on top and heavy hip pressure
    bottom, explode into a series and keep coming to feet
