    Did a 5x5x5 in the afternoon
    1x5 Incline Bench -80lb (havnt done these so i'ma bring it up to bear with it in OCT)
    1x5 Powerclean -100lb
    1x5 Deadlift -185lb (bringing it back up to old PR of 230lb so i can bear with it in OCT)
    1x5 Front Squat -115lb
    1x5 Pull ups -5lb

    Around 1PM I wanted to try the workout from the article BMF and i though it looked easy so i added my own stuff and I've never done a snatch before. Instead of swings i didsnatches. ...
