D.L. 142kg. x1.
Tried 145 kg. but my back tweaked a little so I stopped midway. No matter, this was a nice 4% increase over my previous beast of 137kg. and a nice 10kg. increase in two months (7%). I am very pleased.
So I'm asking myself: another 1 month cycle? Well, why not if the gains are still coming?
