    took a few days off as I am starting the PTTP program I am figuring out the parameters and exactly how I will incorporate KB's into it ,I haven't benched or done deadsm in a while so we'll see ,I will start conservatively

    2x5 WM,BUP,Chins,Frontsquats ,1 legged deads
    1 set of OAS 20 R 16 L
    felt like crap ,real struggle today no strength(no sleep)

    3 sets of 40 2 arm swings with the 1 pood
    3x5 of dragon flags ,Jandas and evil wheel from knees

    had to take some time off due to being sore andfatigued and busy
    got back to it and felt great
    wu with SLD
    2arm swings
    WM,BUP,chins,front squats,TGU. all 5x5 excpt those darn chins,can only get 3 reps each
    finished with 3 sets of 30 2arm swings with 1.5 min rest in between.
    felt much better after wk off ,strength realy showed with the turkish getups
    off tommorow then abs and swings on 10/24

    Wu with goodmorning stretch
    Gunslinger circuit
    4 station each with 1KB exercise and 1 Bodyweight
    45 seconds for each exercise with 15 seconds active rest while moving to the next station
    station 1 =Front squats ,push ups
    station 2 =swings ,jumping jacks
    station 3 = renegade row ,3 count burpees
    station 4 =box squats , chins
    rested 5 min and did a second revolution
    not in as good a shape as I thought ,this one kicked my butt
