4 sets x 5 reps bottoms up presses... approx 2 min rest between sets (walkes 1/4 mile between)

2 sets x 20 reps swings
3 sets x 15 reps swings

jogged a quarter mile between each set of swings
(working my way up to 8 sets... 2 miles)
