    5 minutes per arm then switch
    no putting the bell down until end of 20 minutes.
    about 15RPMs throughout so 300 snatches or so

    1/4 mile walk up 5% grade between sets

    5 rounds long cycle drill, 2 x 12s, not putting bells down
    1 min cleans + 1 minute LC + 1 minute hang
    alternated with
    2 minutes long cycle + 1 minute hang

    every 6 minutes = 2 minutes hang rest with 3 minutes of long cycle and 1 minute of cleans

    30 minutes
    totals 10 minutes ...
