    One week to meet
    Worked up to openers today (+-90%) 70kg snatch x 3(power snatched 2x accidently;full snatch 1 rep) C/J 92.5 kg x 1
    2 x 8 reps presses w/40kg (barbell!) to loosen up shoulders a little
    after sauna hit 85kg on the button...hate having to make weight.

    BB Clean and Jerk: worked up to 80kg for 1, 75Kg x 2 back off
    Split power clean: 90 x 1, 100 x 2 (easy)
    Power snatches up to 50kg x 3...
    No more heavy workouts this week really feeling banged up.
    C'mon supercompensation...hit me April 1st!!
    weight 86kg today and 14.7% bodyfat.

    16kg Dbl Snatch manmaker ladders
    10, 20, 30, 10, 20....90 total dbl snatches + 1.25 miles jogging
    30 reps got my attention, but I should have gone with 20kg or maybe 10,15,20,25 reps...increased incline on treadmill to 2% from 1%.
    Weight still 188.5 this week...should have no problem getting under 85kg by 4/1, if I stay focused.
