    Tried a few light front squats and jerks a couple of sets at 70kg and called it quits...bushed...got no sleep today to speak of plus run down from last two workouts.
    Instead, man maker 16kg high DARC swings, 300 swings 1.25 miles jogging...did the last 1/4 in 1:40
    still tipping the scales around 189-190...gotta stay focused to hit 85kg 4/1

    8 a.m. Manmaker: 16kg snatches. 300 snatches and 1.25 miles of jogging
    7 p.m. Snatch...worked up to 75 for 3, then 60 x 4. Clean pulls from knee height worked up to 190kg x 3 x 2 sets.
