    Two part work out...got a late start today (actually 9PM August 2nd)
    Part A) 20 minutes. Barbell cleans: 50kg x 3 x 3 sets, 70kg x 3 x 2 sets,
    90kg x 2 x 1 set, 100kg x 1

    Part B) 4 hours later...(1:30 a.m.) Long Cycle workout
    7 sets x 10 reps x one minute rest between sets.
    3 sets x 10 reps x two minutes rest between sets.
    100 reps total
    22-23 minutes total...each set of 10 took about one minute...gasser!!

    Very achey from swing workout. Traps and rhomboids and forearm flexors (and calves!!?)the most beat up. Lower back OK and hams and glutes relatively pain free.

    500 swings with bulldog. 250 each arm. 21 sets x 10 + 2 sets x 20
    45 minutes. Used doubled over washcloth to protect tender callouses and add to grip work.
    Concentrated on GS style snatch swing: near vertical back, shallow hip action with heel to toe rock and solid yank to low sternum height.
