    P.M. 10 minute set, 8 RPMS, 12kg Long Cycle...straight through, steady pace, no long rests in rack or offset/stack rack or hang...light yes, but first time hitting a 10 minute set without a rack rest ...and at a pace I would like to carry over to the 16s, then the 20s, then the 24s.
    So a little breakthrough.

    300 1 arm swings 16kg + 1.25 miles walking @ 5% grade @ 3.5 MPH

    20 minutes of continuous 12 kg snatches
    5 minutes per arm then switch
    no putting the bell down until end of 20 minutes.
    about 15RPMs throughout so 300 snatches or so
