    a.m. 16kg Fat Incinerator: 4 sets x 50/50 swings 1/4 mile walk on 10% grade after each set
    (swings were 20/20, 15/15, 10/10, 5/5 = set)

    PM
    5 rounds long cycle drill, 2 x 12s, not putting bells down
    1 min cleans + 1 minute LC + 1 minute hang
    alternated with
    2 minutes long cycle + 1 minute hang

    every 6 minutes = 2 minutes hang rest with 3 minutes of long cycle and 1 minute of cleans

    30 minutes
    totals 10 minutes ...

    1 minute jerks, rest in hang 1 minute...alternated for 20 minutes (10 minutes of jerk)

    Box jumps: up to high box by 3
    KB: messed around...a few LC Clean an press w/24, a couple of doubles with 32, 2 arm LC and snatches with 24s
