    Rest of week I was traveling on business and slept very poorly and did not work out at all, so it was a rest week in terms of exercise but not in terms of sleep.

    Squat
    1x3 at 90kg
    1x3 at 100kg
    1x3 at 110kg - yay! Not easy, but I felt strong!

    Military
    3x3 at 65kg

    Power clean
    3x3 at 90kg - very hard, but up they went...

    Turkish Getups
    1x3 right hand at 24kg
    1x3 left hand at 24kg
    1x3 right hand at 24kg
    1x3 left hand at 24kg
    1x2 + 1x1 right hand at 32kg
    1x3 left hand at 32kg
