    Easing back in after a week of travel. First day off of the allergy meds. Feel better all ready.

    Didnt get so hung up on speed or reps-hung up on doing them right.

    Mobility drills in the morning. Left my indian clubs at my buddy's studio/gym; gotta pick them up tonight.

    Start the day out with bodyweight squats focusing on form: getting out of the hip socket, planting the feet, aligning the knees and feet.

    Worked on "getting long" during the drive to work. Need to concentrate more on that to recharge the spine.

    8 days on WD 11 pounds gone.

    Started at 278
    Currently at 267.

    Stats: 117 lbs / 5"7' / male / age 21 / 16 kg KB

    CC Kneeling pushups: 3 x 8
    CC Flat bent leg raises: 3 x 8
    Tactical pullups: 2 x 13 min
    1H swings: 30:30 x 4

    Decided to give the straight intervals a shot. Stopped at 4 intervals after deciding its not all-out day. Could have gone for maybe 2 more intervals? Should try to find my max this Saturday.

    Pullups were disappointing. Originally aimed to do 2 x 30 ...
