  2. dojo and shadow sparring (today)

    yesterday at the dojo, we did basics and then me and an orange belt student practiced some jump and spin kicks (i.e. tornado, jump 360 hook and jump 360 back kick).


    visualization 2.5 min

    warm up/stretching

    back kick wall exercises

    hiza orosh (2.5 min)

    25 push ups
    Tabata ab spinners
    25 push ups

    3 rounds of shadow sparring (2.5 min)

    stretching/cool down

    Flextend ...
  3. medium day 5 ladders with 4 rungs (20 kg)

    sumo squat halo and bike ride

    5 ladders with 1 minute jumpe rope in between, n obig gaps.

    then after a little break :

    10 minutes swings 40 on 20 off

    grease the grove: 5 times pullups 4 with 15 kg kettlebell

    After ladders did slosh pipe C&P. Adam got three sets of 10, it was all I could do to do a couple sets of three or four. Tough!!
