    Military

    Powerclean
    1x3 at 70kg
    1x3 at 80kg
    1x3 at 90kg

    Last lift of cleans - last set - and I pulled somehow wrong Felt a slight sting in my back (muscle pull, not a spine thing) Annoyingly enough I don't know what exactly it was I did wrong!
