    Sat 5/1: C&P 2Lx5R, 3Lx4R; 30 sec rest b/t rungs, 1 min b/t ladders, 1st Rung = 24kg, rest = 20kg.

    Tue 5/4: bike to work, SDL 155x5, 135x5, CC knee tucks 3x30

    Wed 5/5: bike to work, SDL 175x5, 155x5, CC desk pushups 3x15.

    Thr 5/6 morning: CC horirzontal pulls (chest high) 3x12; CC squats phase 3x12, TGU 24kg 1L,R; SB 100lb cleans x5. Evening: VWC 30 sets of 7/set 16kg 15:15; CC short bridges 3x30; IC, JR WU and CD.

    10:00 DL ladders. Got about 1 more session before I need to back off again

    10:00 easy swings. 16k 1 handed

    Bike-still trying to get my legs and understand what gear works best when. 35:00 of trying to work as much as possible, coasting and spinning only when it was necessary
