    So I went to the chiropractor today (it's free) and she hit me with some stim (because it's not archaic at all) and some ultrasound (ain't researched it yet; love the biofreeze she uses as a lubricant though)

    She worked on the basics of the SOAR method with me. I played dumb because nobody likes a know-it-all. Standard pelvic tilts and rotations on the exercise ball. Add in some ball crunches and hula before she got to the cheat bridges (because I like to cheat using the exercise ...

    4 minutes of one-handed swings, switch hands every 10

    Rest 2 minutes, during which I deadlifted 405 lbs.

    Repeat 3x, resting 1 minute between.
