    Me being me, I 'spose this really was only a matter of time. I joined a rugby team for the camraderie, to be a part of a team, and as a fun way to keep me in shape. I instantly fell in love with the sport after a single practice and wanted to know more, reading rugby for dummies, the rugby section of the sports handbook, and Invictus all within about two weeks.   5. What I've been up to lately

    From the ending of February to the middle of March, I was on a fast for 21 days, so during that time I lost some weight. Apparently, I lost some strength as well. Before the fast, pulling 540# from a 4" deficit was no problem for me. Now I can't even pull it off the floor. So now I'm in the process of regaining my strength. Just finished a PTTP cycle yesterday @ 490# off a 4" deficit. My best off the floor post-fast is 520#. I'll start another cycle Tuesday.
