    Wow... what a good week it has been! Learning new submission fighting moves, and getting stronger and faster with my rucking speed. The TAPS routines are great, and what fun they are. I have been using the 26lb. Kbell as my weight for the weighted pullups. I plan on upgrading to the 1 pood after I can knock out 5 set @ 5 rep in any of the weighted pullup routines from the TAPS program. Here is what I have been up to all week long...

    October 7 - i did not work out today.

    October 6 - today i quit in my quest to do pushups every hour, and i started a new plan. I did what's called, "ladders". I did pushups in the following sets: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, (rest) 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, (rest) 1, 2, 3, 4 (rest) 1, 2, 3, for a total of 48 pushups.

    I worked with my freind Tom Brose at City Fitness in DC.
    Coach Minnthorne stoped over the house for his session and brought his son Dan to workout ( The kids cis on break for a month)I decided to workout with them for a little active recovery and whatnot
    10 minutes Joint mobility
    Swings 53 x 10, cleans 53 x 10/10, snatch 53 x 10/10, Seee saw press 2-36s x 8,2-53s x 8,FS 2-36s x 5, 2-53s x 5, pull ups 1,2,3,4.
