    New PR. I am in uncharted territory here. Friday will be a back off day 20-30 sets - will let form dictate.

    25 minutes of this is more than I ever thought I could do, or would want to do. Right now I feel I should see it through to the 80 sets and then start over with 7 reps and see where it takes me.

    doing pullups 1 set every day and groove is absolutely getting better.
