    1 circuit: all swings with 40kg KB, C&P = 16kg, C&front squat = 40kg, TGU with 24kg, snatches with 16kg

    sets of 5-15 on each exercise
    One circuit

  2. TGUs today

    Well, I tried to take the advice I've gotten from the experts and decided to really work on the basics. Today was TGU day. I focused hard on doing everything right and not hurrying. I set the gymboss for 5 minutes. I concentrated on keeping my shoulders in their sockets, leaned the bell slightly forward like Jordan said in his video, kept tension in my core and went slowly. Upon standing, I leaned forward for a little extra stretch in my shoulders.

    30 Muscle-ups for time

    21:40 PR!!!

    A pretty significant PR. Beat my last time by well over 10 minutes. Im very happy however the last rep should have happened at under 20 min. Took 2 min and 4 misses to get the last rep. I am still happy though.
