    PTTP/VWC-Week 2

    Dl 255x5, 225x5
    Sp 55x5, 50x5
    VWC 16kg/15:15/7 reps/20 sets

    Was gassed after the 10th set, but kept going, still feel like I am really weak at the VWC, maybe stopping and starting again on Monday dropped my conditioning. Also, haven't slept well lately.
