    I have decided to progress by completing the Programme Minimum with each bell prior to moving onto the ROP. On completing the ROP I will start again on the PM with the next bell, and so on until I have completed the ROP and can press, TGU and swing the beast, and complete the SSST.
    So to begin:

    Warm up: 3' wall squats, 3' halo's, 3' pumps.
    Main set: 5' alternating TGU, 16kg.

    Felt strong today.
