    Comments: More back-off type stuff. Hip flexors are starting to feel a little better when I'm just sitting around.

    Comments: Really random stuff; just feeling restless and doing a bit of exercise with whatever was available. I held 2.5 lb plates in the palms of my hands for the hindu squats and cherry pickers.

    shoestring deadlift 185x5; 255x5; 336x2x5

    Comments: Used 35 lb plates (plus 5.5 lb collars for the last sets), and stood on a block that brought the tips of my toes all the up against the bar. I used a wide grip as well, due to the width of the block and the depth of the pull. I strapped in for the 2 working sets.
