    deadlift 220x5; 310x4; 400x3; 470x2; 500x1; 505x1; 510x1; 515x1; 520x1

    Comments: Very short on time and sleep. Managed to get some quick lifting done in the garage; despite wear-and-tear, deadlifts all moved nicely enough. Hips and legs felt pretty decent - lock-outs had lots of snap. Lower back is down right now, though. Lots of foam rolling on the upper back, in conjunction with light snatches & presses, has my neck/collar ...
