    Wife went back to hospital and I had to miss 2 days working out. Swing challenge will not be started over. I will do on and do Day 6. I have also had to miss BJJ for a while because of childcare issues.

    Clean and Press: 32 kg KB, 46 reps.
    Snatch: 76 reps in 3:46 min (101 %).
    I set the metronome to 66 bpm. Every rep gets 3 beats, one up, one rest on the top and one down. This is indeed a very usable way.

  3. Just Pressed a Personal Best

    32kg went up like a 16kg on the right side

    Failed on the left.

    Tried again 10 minutes later.

    Right went up,

    Then the left, with a LOT of effort, grimacing and some twisting, eventually went up.

    PTTP! and VWC. Sweet.
