    So I visited A hkc today few things that need ironing out to pass the standard and a few bad habits Ive picked up from training myself switching arms when doing the get up Ill Stop my quest for the 48 till after the hkc when i will attack it with gusto and disregard for human limitation.

    So im going to concentrate on the get up and swings mainly one handed with 16 kg and of course the pullups I have to aim for half an hour of continous getups and 600 swings in a session by the first ...
