    push-ups 5x10 --alternated with--
    hindu squats 5x20

    push-ups +45x5x5 (+weight vest)
    hindu squats +45x90 (in 6:00)

    Comments: I am now a resident of Broomfield, CO. No training while I moved - I'm living in a hotel room right now anyways, so even if I had my weights out here, I still wouldn't have a place to train just yet. I'm adjusting well to the altitude; hindu squats were easy as I'd expect at this type of weight and volume.
