Bench press: 80kgX5, 98kgX5, 110kgX3X2, 128kgX3X5;
Squat: 208kgX5X7 - almost unable to complete the sets, I had to cut depth, exhausted!
Benchpress: 88kgX5, 98kgX5, 112kgX5X5 - it feels inceredible easy...

I should eat more and train less - that's what I feel today. From psyhological point of view, I am going down... I should have finished Smolov's program by Saturday, but the 2 days off I had to take due to severe shoulder pain determined this delay: tomorrow is (85%+15)X3X10, that means 220kg... God have mercy on my back!
