Deadlift till knees 118x4 138x4 158x2x3 178x4x2
Behind the neck press x5x5
Incline press 100kg(2sets), 108kg (2sets), back at 100kg(2sets) x6x4
Deadlift off boxes 138x4 158x4 178x2x3 198x4x3 (had to use straps, just dump it on the last set and drop the weight, but completed the scheme)
Seated goodmorning x5x5 (kicked out of the gym due to closing time, can't complete it; leave it for tomorow);

Sharp pain in the right flank on my torso; severe pomp in the back.
