SQUAT: 118x3 138x3 168x2x3 188x2x2 208x1 220x2x1 I was affraid to lower all the way down, but after completing each rep it seems quite easy... No sticking point, no grinding...
BENCH PRESS: 76x3 90x3 108x2x3 120x2x2 138x1 148x2x1 Shoulder&forearms pain, switched to thumbless grip and it's better, but at the last rep I encountered a sticking poin. Quite worrying: would I bench 180kg again natural?!
DEADLIFT 120x3 140x3 150x2x2 180x2 200x1 210x2x1 quite easy, just my grip give me a little to worry about, but nothing serious...
