Finished my Sheiko cycle: Squat 258kg - blame lost night; Bench press: 168kg, could do a little more but missed the groove; Deadlift: - 268kg, with straps, HUGE PR: almost 38kg improvement! The lift I trained the least have grew the most! I supposed I'm overtrained. Starting Westside 12 weeks cycle from Beginner Training Manual.
