1). Dynamic BP: 9X3@60%of1RM: 102kg; using 3 different grips, 30-60s pause between sets;
2).4 board press (20cm) 3X3: 102X3; 138X3; 158x3; feel I can do a lot more but play it conservative;
3). dumbbell bench press: 3X10: 30kg, 35kg; 40kg; next time I plan to go to 45kg/db;
4). Db bent over row: 3X10, start with 27.5; 30X10; 35X10;
5). Triceps pushdowns: 4X12, using interval method.
Easy.
