ME Squat/Deadlift:
1). Close stance low box squat: too big jumps (40kg/set), meaning too little volume. Worked up to 200kgX5;
2).Glute/ham raises at 45' bench: 1X20, 1X10;
3). Db lunges: 3X10: Body Wt; 2X15kg, 2X17kg;
4). 45" back raises:3X10reps, body wt, holding 5s at the top;
