    Back on Sheiko after 2 months of active recovery (car pushing/dragging, pistols, etc). Pain in lower/mid back and coccis is mild, but still present. Left knee pain. Hope not to overtraing again in such monstruous way never!

    NEW PR IN BENCH PRESS: 178KG! Failed at 183kg, got a cramp in right side of the middle back.
    Severe coccis, lower/mid back and knees pain. Taking a break.
