    Sqaut: 220kgX3X6; I couldn't complete the 10 sets, I cut the depth and the bar was rolling down my back. BAD!
    Benchpress: up to 75%X4X%;
    Snatch whithout knee deep: up to 3X58kg.

    Bench press: 80kgX5, 98kgX5, 110kgX3X2, 128kgX3X5;
    Squat: 208kgX5X7 - almost unable to complete the sets, I had to cut depth, exhausted!
    Benchpress: 88kgX5, 98kgX5, 112kgX5X5 - it feels inceredible easy...

    I should eat more and train less - that's what I feel today. From psyhological point of view, I am going down... I should have finished Smolov's program by Saturday, but the 2 days off I had to take due to severe shoulder pain determined this delay: tomorrow is (85%+15)X3X10, ...
