    Long work week, so the Day After Medium Day is an off day instead of variety--I'll do Heavy Day on Thursday (tomorrow) instead of Friday.

    Did some Super Joints this morning.

    Medium Day

    C&P 24kg 5x(1,2,3) Weight felt pretty light, but form seemed to suffer. Still not driving with the hips as much as I should be; arm action on left side still wonky. MUST TAME ARC.

    Sw 24kg x 4 min. = 144 Swings feel awesome now that I realize you're supposed to *actively* hike-pass.

    Front split practice: 3 sets of front splits/side. Got down to fingertips on the 3rd set, but not as solidly as last time. Hard to focus on it 'cause ...

    Light Day

    C&P 24kg 5x(1,2) *alternated with* 5x5 shoulder dislocates w/ rubber band
    Sn 4 min. 11 ugly-feeling snatches w/ 24kg, 32 less-ugly w/ 16kg

    Snatch technique is still not feeling right after a YEAR. Will review book/dvd *again*.

    It's an off day today, but I want to get in the habit of logging my workouts. Been at it too long with no log; I think it's time I put to the test the notion that logging the work helps a comrade make progress.

    Did some Super Joints when I woke up.

    Did a few sets of single BW pistols. Haven't done pistols in weeks, good to see I still can.

    1x bent press stretch each side
    1x souped up toe touch
