[U]Week 3 ETK PM[/U]

- 30 swings (w/ 16kg kb) alternated with jogging on the spot for 1 min, for total time of 12 minutes.

Grip almost gave out on last 10 swings.

Also thus far, able to do at least a full getup with my left. Still adjusting to having the kb sit on my left forearm, can see a bruise now. No problems with kb on right arm.
