Heavy two hand swings 48kg x 2 sets x 10 reps

ROP Light day

C&P ladders
40kg 1,2,3 first ladder then 1,2 for ladders 2-5

Pull ups
BW+25 lbs same as C&P ladders for sets

Snatches 36kg for 70 reps and 40kg for 10 reps 80reps total 8 mins

Added a rung on first C&P ladder today.
