Heavy two hand swing 48kg x 2 sets x 10 reps

ROP heavy day

C&P ladders 40kg 1,2,3,4,5 first ladder then 1,2,3,4 for ladders 2-5

Pull ups
BW+25 lbs same as C&P ladders for sets

one arm swings 36kg hand to hand swings 80 reps 6 mins

should stay here for a few weeks to clean things up a bit
