ROP medium day

C&P ladders
40kg 1,2,3,4 for first ladder then 1,2,3 for ladders 2-5

Pull ups
BW+25 lbs same as C&P ladders for set

Swings
hand to hands
40kg 5 mins 80 reps

New PR today
Never one hand swung the 40 kg until today.
