Heavy two hand swings 48kg x 2 sets x 10 reps

ROP light day

C&P ladders
40kg 1,2,3 for first ladder then 1,2, for ladders 2-5

Pull ups
BW+25 lbs same as C&P ladders for sets

36kg x 90 reps
9 mins

Grips #1 5,5 #1.5 5,5,5 alternating hands in between reps

tried to snatch the beast today but just kept getting to the shoulder
I think I am freaking myself out because of the floor. next time I will do it out side and drop it a few times
