Joint rotations head to toe.
Heavy two hand swings 48kg x 2 x 10 reps

ROP medium day

C&P ladders
40kg 1,2,3,4 for first ladder then 1,2,3 for ladders 2-5

Pull ups
BW+25 lbs same as C&P ladders for set

36kg 6 mins= 94 reps hand to hand style

Right shoulder started hurting about half way through today's workout
May do 16kg V02 max Friday but will take the next week off
hunting in North Dakota.
