Joint rotations head to toe.
Heavy two hand swings 48kg x 2 sets x 10 reps

Medium day decided to do some HSPUs for ladders

HSPU ladders
1,2,3,4 x 5 ladders

Pull ups
BW+25 lbs same as HSPU ladders for sets and reps

9 mins 1 set hand to hand 36kg(shoulder still bothering me) then switched to 48kg for two hand swings 80 reps plus 16 with the 36kg.

Was suprised at how easy the HSPUs went up. Was not at all winded.
