Joint rotations head to toe.
Heavy two hand swings 48kg x 2 x 10 reps

ROP light day

C&P ladders
40kg 1,2 x 5 ladders

Pull ups
BW+25 lbs same as C&P ladders

32kg 9 mins= 104 total reps PR here today, not even trying yea!!!
it helps to really put emphasis on the back swing, more hip gets envolved.

Shoulder still giving me problems today
I guess I will just have to work through it.
