3*3 ladders: clean & press & row @24kg + Captain of Crush Sport, 80lbs in the other hand & pull up
12min clean & one handed swing: 6sets of 12cleans & 6sets of 18swings, 30sec on / 30sec off @32kg
After some minutes:
10 goblet squat @16kg
10 squat @16kg
10-10l,r halo @16kg
1-1l,r turkish get up in six steps @32kg
10-10l,r halo @24kg
