    did a short pyramid workout on the 11th, couldn't workout on the 12th. kicked my ass to make up for that today:

    decent AM work.. got some warmup sets of hindu pushups and squats. followed by 40 mins of bagwork: focus on strike force. 30 sec work, 20 sec rest..

    sore already.. looking for a nice AM kbell routine tomorrow!..
