3x12 in the snatch, followed by 5x5 jandas, 2x10 CoC Trainer, 4x5 Saxon Sides Bends with 5 lb dumbbells, 2x5 CoC #1, 2x10 Heavy Hammer with 5 lbs. Probably the best ab session I’ve had in years!
