    Dips w/30lbs - 5x5

    Renegade Rows w/ 32kg KBs - 5x5 l/r

    Front Squat w/32kg KBs - 2x3

    Double Clean w/ 32kg KBs - 2x10

    Power Breathing Crunch - 2x5

    Am going to work on 32kg Jerks density style until I can do 5 per minute ofr 10 mintues, then I will start doing 1 long set, GS style.

    Heavy Bag - 2 minutes
    Skip Rope - 80 skips ~~ 1 minute

    Then went for 1 mile jog with the dog.

    Did Relax Into Stretch exercises in the evening.

    Start of new heavy training cycle. Goals are pressing the 2-pood and increasing snatch & Jerk numbers with the 2-poods. Will also work pullups and dips on the Rings.

    Took the KBs and Rings to the track.

    Starting to ramp back up to hard training ager my backoff week. Not a hard training day.

    Goals for this training cycle are increases pressing strength and to work some skills on the Power Rings I just got.

    Took the Power Rings, 1-pood and 1.5-pood to the track.

    Did 6 sets 3 of Ring Dips. Took it pretty easy, just easing into ring training.

    Easy circuit w/ the 1-pood

    10 1-Arm swings l/r
    3 Bent Press l/r
    10 Snatches l/r
    5 slow Pullups
    10 1-Arm sings l/r
    5 BUP l/r
    10 Around The Worlds l/r
    5 Rows l/r

    Finised up w/some Med. Ball sit-ups and Russian Twists.

    Will start ramping up to serious traing again tomorrow.
