    Had to take down 50' of chain link fenct and remove 2 dead tress from my yard. Pretty hard physical work in the AM.

    Workout:
    Deadlift 5 x 5 @ 70% of Monday's weight (85kg)

    Bent Press 24kg KB x 1,1 r/l
    Bent Press 32kg KB x 1,1,1 r/l

    Power Breathing Crunch x 5

    VERY tired. Next week is a back-off week. I'll just do some light DL for a couple of sets of 5 and some H2H KB drills with a light bell + some jogging. Plenty or rest ...
